Each nomination will be judged based on the three core questions set out in the entry form. These questions are designed to draw out insight-led thinking, demonstrable impact, and strategic excellence. Every question carries equal weight, and judges will score each response out of ten. This means each entry can achieve a maximum overall score of thirty.
